Gavin Boden has worked within the Retail Environment for 30 years, from working in local independent retail to helping multinational household retailers (Lloyds Pharmacy, Argos, B&M Bargains) meet the demands of their customers.

In this workshop he will cover all the basics of retail needed to have a change of being successful in today’s evolving retail world.

From driving traffic into your stores, trying to understand what customers expect, to going that extra mile to breed loyalty within your customers.

He will also bring with him, James Cartwright, an expert in E-Commerce, Web design and making the most of being “on-line”. He will stress the importance of delivering exceptional customer service in a digital world, and why you cannot survive without it.
